Open the Apple Health app → tap your profile photo → “Export All Health Data.” Your iPhone bundles your Apple Watch history into a single file — we’ll walk you through it.

Drag that file into your dashboard on this site. We read your HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep and build your personal recovery baseline.

Good to know.

Do I need to buy or download anything?

No. If you have an Apple Watch and iPhone, you already have everything. You’ll export your Health data from the Health app that’s built into your iPhone and upload it here.

Is this real-time?

Not yet. This first version updates each time you upload your latest Health export, so think “check-in” rather than a live monitor. Automatic Apple Watch sync is planned for a future release.

What data do you actually use?

Primarily heart-rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, and sleep — the signals that best reflect recovery. We compare them to your own 30-day baseline, not population averages.

What about my privacy?

You stay in control. Nothing syncs in the background — you decide what to upload and when. Your data is used only to build your dashboard and guidance, never sold.

Is this medical advice?

No. Recovery Tracking is a training and wellness tool. It doesn’t diagnose or treat anything — always defer to your physician or physical therapist on injury and medical matters.

What if I use an Android phone or another watch?

The current version is built for Apple Watch and iPhone. Support for Garmin, Oura, Fitbit, and Android is on the roadmap — reach out and we’ll let you know when it’s ready.
